You can also hire a bike from Cardinham woods but they say you cannot take it off site, so wouldn’t be able to ride it to Lanhydrock. (not sure if you can at Lanhydrock either) Their site is Here
Suggest as in the past to start at Lanhydrock, have lunch at the Cafe (or bring your own) then head down to Cardinham in the afternoon.
Trails are relatively easy, and even the red trails have “chicken runs” so you can avoid the harder bits.
Please leave a message on the message board if you’re going so we have an idea of numbers and could sort out car sharing to save money on parking (although its free if you’re a NT member)
