Thanks to all the Wheelers who supported today's ride and GOSH garden party. It was greatly appreciated by Helen, myself and Seth. An amazing £1000.38 was raised for a great charity.

Reply for James Wilson. Bissoe Trail, Poldice Valley is good MTB country 7 miles from Falmouth. Some good technical stuff. Old mining area. Sorry not able to reply sooner. Away in France.

I wanted to contact you to see if there is anyone who I could please cycle with who can show me some off road MTB trails? I'm staying at the Meudon Hotel (on a holiday break). I've arrived today and I'm departing back home to Newbury next Thursday. I usually cycle on the road and held an elite road racing license but I've recently switched over to more MTB. If someone is kind enough to please show me some local places I can cycle off road I would be extremely thankful as I have no idea where to cycle here and I'll probably end up getting lost when trying to find off road trails. Thanks for any help,

Can we please include in our Gourmet Guide the excellent Lakeside Cafe near St Ives? I have the details if required. R73
