Good turnout for the Pathfinder yesterday. Well done the Wheelers and well done Richard 1 - an interesting route and a steady pace, with a quiz thrown in. And we ate the NT cafe out of baked beans! a first?

Dear wheelers My name is Martin and I am a sport psychologist and cyclist. I work as a senior lecturer in sport and exercise psychology at the University of Gloucestershire. This study has been approved by the U of G ethics panel. I am conducting a study to examine what cyclists think about pain. If you have 5 minutes free and would like to take part in a research study please click this link: http://tinyurl.com/btsd74h Many thanks Martin

What an enjoyable outing to Bedruthan steps yesterday. Many thanks to Richard 1 for organisation, carrying whatever might be needed in his Carradice Nelson and arranging the bells and bunting for our Grand Depart.

I have to work the first two weekends so I cannot make it next weekend. See all the Ogils and Helston Trevor on my return.

Richard1 reports Bedruthan steps are still there.
Richard 1 :: Jul 23, 2014, 11:15 am
I have just been around the Bed Steps Pathfinder and all is well, but the distance is nearer 30 than 35. I can promise some very quiet lanes and new territory.
