Hi everyone and hope you're all well and got out on the bikes over the Easter weekend in the lovely weather-
I was asked by Phil Samuels to write a reminder to you all to join Cycling UK if not members already as it gives you Bike and personal accident insurance as well as third party liability , legal help and retail discounts and six great cycling magazines !
I used my cover when involved in a collision in 2014 and Slater Gordon - a top law firm - handled my case superbly and made the whole experience stress free - I was able to recoup my lost earnings as well as receiving compensation for my injuries.
I highly recommend joining at a cost of £48 adult membership or £75 joint per year. It makes you feel safer when out on the roads and I also belong to ETA ( The Ethical Choice ) bike rescue for £24 a year in case of mechanical failure!!
