To everyone who was on the ride on Sunday, when we stopped at Hells' Mouth cafe to help a visitor to Cornwall, Cliff Martin, who came off his bike on the corner: We've had a very nice email from him, thanking everyone and especially Amanda for looking after him until the paramedics arrived. Luckily he wasn't seriously hurt, just bruised and scratched by brambles - 'a victim of my own poor bike handling'. He made it back to their motorhome for a late lunch, and is continuing with his Cornish holiday.
