Linden Hey cafe is at Penelowey, past the Punch Bowl and Ladle, on the road from Playing Place down to the turn off for Trelissick and the King Harry Ferry.  There's a bike rack, big tables to sit outside in fine weather, and plenty of seating inside.  The owner is lovely - couldn't be more friendly and welcoming, and she hopes to have more customers on bikes.  The tea and coffee were very good, and the collection of tea pots in various designs was fascinating.  Soup, cakes and toasted tea cakes are on the menu, but no butties or beans so far - but hopefully soon.  Prices are reasonable and the house and garden is very attractive.  Only one loo, so a bit of a queue - more will be needed as Linden Hey becomes better known.
