Past Events:
Fred gave our congratulations to Denise, Don and Sonjia for their outstanding JOGLE ride at the end of August – there’ll be a full report in the Christmas newsletter.
Sept 11th – 23rd, was the Picos ride for Paul, Fred, Adrien and Simon.
Sept 25th – The Pathfinder led by Kath and Sheila, from Sourton near Okehampton, on a 24 mile route which included the Granite Way – nine members took part. An excellent ride on a beautiful day.
Sept 27th was the last pub ride of the season, and the Wednesday Falmouth/Penryn cycle campaign rides have also finished.
Future Events:
Oct 13th – Quiz set by Richard, at 7.30pm. Please bring a small unwrapped raffle prize. No pasties, so eat first! There’s a prize for the winning team.
Oct 27th – At the next meeting, Robin and Simon will be discussing ‘Healthy Aging’ and showing a video.
Nov 10th – deadline for nominations for the club Awards.
Nov 24th – voting for the Awards, and some cycling related films.
Dec 15th – The Club Christmas party and presentation of the Awards.

The green Beryl bikes which are all over Falmouth will have their official launch soon.
Fred reminded us that we need to think about which small, local charities we want to donate to in 2023. Robin discussed tricycles for disabled riders.
This Sunday , Oct 2nd there’s a ride organised by One and All, from Stithians, in aid of Cornwall Air Ambulance – 4 distances, from 8.30am, donation £10 cash.
With no other business, the meeting closed at 8.30pm.
