A chilly one!
Seven of us hardy souls braved the freezing weather to do a short loop via High Cross – Mawnan Smith and Trebah returning via the beaches to have coffee and mince pies and try and warm up at the Golf club.
Approx 17 miles but enough in the cold conditions to feel like you’d done 70!!!
Good to get out and wear off some of the Christmas excesses and get some very fresh air!
Well done team / as Don said – you never regret going !
