What’s happening in June?

Sunday 8th: Mines and Minerals Audax
Featuring on and off road options. New Audax organiser Jonathan Butt (Penzance Wheeler) is in charge. Those wishing to join should enter online where you can also pre-order pastys and cream teas via the Audax Kerno Shop

Tuesday 10th: Falmouth and Penryn Cycle Campaign Meeting

Friday 13th: Orwellermens Charity Ride
The Orwellermen are a group of sea shanty singers riding 450 miles from Ipswich to the
Falmouth Sea Shanty Festival, raising money for RNLI, Prostate Cancer UK, and Selig (an
Ipswich-based homeless support charity) by singing at pubs and cafes along the way. The
club will dispatch two riders to Bodmin to accompany them into Falmouth. If you want to
bolster this effort keep an eye on the WhatsApp group to work out where best to cycle out
to meet them. They are targetting 15:30 to arrive in Falmouth.

Sunday 15th: Camelford Pathfinder
Note this event (originally scheduled for this date) is cancelled

Saturday 21st: Falmouth and Penryn Cycle Campaign Massive Family Fun Bike Ride
11:00 The Moor
Following a short circular route through the town and back to The Moor. The Campaign will fund free ice creams for all children who complete the distance.

Thursday 26th: May Club Meeting followed by a talk from Simon Hart
Climate Crisis 101 – Back to the Facts. A short introduction to Greenpeace
