Amanda's fotos of last night's meeting are in the gallery. I have also amended the calendar for the next few weeks. Let me know if you have any corrections, info or further dates.

TASTY CHEDDAR 100k ride starting in Bristol, Saturday 4th October. Did this one last year and was thoroughly enjoyable. Do give this one a try; yes, I know it is a day before the Lands End 100, but surely two long though very different ones in two days cannot be too much to tackle?

Tall Ships in Falmouth, Sunday 31st....It has been suggested that the 9.30 ride includes a loop round the point and along the seafront to watch the Parade of Sail from about 11am. Lots of roads will be closed but it shouldn't be a problem on bikes. The race itself starts at 4pm at a line off Rosemullion Head. Let's discuss this at the meeting on Thursday.

We're looking for virgins - 100 mile virgins that is! We're hoping to ride the route of the Lands End 100 again on Sunday 14th Sept. So, if you haven't already ridden a 100 miles in one day and want to give it a go come and join us. We will ride at YOUR pace and you will be encouraged and cajoled all the way. If it proves tooooo much for you, you can cut the route short at Helston on our return ( about 70 miles ). Have a think about it - I'll answer any questions at the meeting. Weather permitting Gill is hoping to give it a go. 8 o'clock start - min 10 mph average + cafe stops.

If you want to beg, borrow or steal any articles or our pictures (as if) we will take it as a compliment. No, really, we will.
